Office Furniture Delivery Policy

Availability

Subject to availability we aim to get all goods delivered to you within 5-10 working days. Some items are made to order or hand finished such as our 'Boardroom' ranges. These products can take up to 28 days. Products are despatched directly from regional distribution centres or directly from the manufacturer, therefore some orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.

Miminum Delivery Fee

All products are priced for mainland UK only and exclude delivery charges (10% of the order value) and VAT (17.5%) which is calculated at the checkout stage. Please note there is a very small minimum delivery charge of £2.80 for all orders below £28 (excluding VAT).

Terms

For health and safety reasons all orders are charged to ground floor. If you have a special requirement we are pleased to quote you Contact us.

Delivery Overseas

For non-mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Western Isles etc, we will be pleased to quote you a price and availability Contact us.

Delivery Timeframes

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery.

Most furniture products come flat packed for safe delivery and easy access, are easy to assemble and keep costs very low. If you wish to enquire about our assembly service please Contact us.

Installation Service

Professional installation service available and carried out by factory trained technicians. We will deliver to any floor/multiple locations and remove all packaging materials when finished.  Call for an extremely competitive quote.      

Retention of Ownership

Property and title of the goods remains with Revolution until full payment has been received

Discrepencies/Damages

We must be notified with any discrepancies and damages within 3 days of delivery.
